Security & transparency
How memepad works, and how you can check it on-chain yourself. This page does not vouch for any coin's value or returns and is not investment advice.
On-chain values below were re-read on mainnet on 2026-10-13. Check the links for the current state.

No smart contract of our own
memepad has not deployed any on-chain program of its own. Coin creation, the bonding curve, post-graduation pools and vesting are all handled by the third-party programs below; memepad runs only the web/app screens and the indexer.
Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve (DBC)

Every coin launched on memepad
Every coin is created under the same DBC configuration rules, and the program enforces the following.
No mint authority
Coins are created as SPL tokens with no mint authority. Nobody — not the creator, not memepad — can mint more.
No freeze authority
There is no freeze authority either. Nobody can freeze a holder's token account.
Metadata cannot change
The name, ticker and image metadata are fixed as immutable (isMutable = false), and the update authority is the system program address (1111…1111), so nobody can change them.
Curve terms fixed in an on-chain config
Supply, curve shape and graduation terms are recorded in the DBC config account the coin uses and do not change after it is created.
100% of liquidity permanently locked after graduation
At graduation the curve's liquidity moves into a Meteora DAMM v2 pool and 100% of it goes into a permanently locked position. Nobody can withdraw that liquidity; the position can only claim trading fees.
How to check: open a coin's mint address (on its coin page) in Solscan — Mint Authority and Freeze Authority are empty.
These properties describe what a token technically cannot do. They do not mean a coin carries no risk from its price, liquidity or creator.
memepad token (MPAD)
MPAD is a token issued by the operator. You can check its authorities, metadata and allocation lock in the accounts below.

On-chain vesting of the operator's 15% allocation
150,000,000 MPAD is locked in a Jupiter Lock escrow. Nothing unlocks before 2026-11-09 22:57:03 UTC; after that, 12,500,000 MPAD unlocks every 30 days, 12 times, to the recipient (Dy6bBf6p888mLyHnc1V3aLJTVNVxAtfpdmmemuBeQPef, the operator treasury).
The escrow was created by the DBC program at graduation. Only its creator (a DBC program account) can cancel it, so the operator's wallet cannot. The recipient can change the receiving address, but not the unlock schedule.
Self-custody
Your keys stay with you
memepad does not hold your private keys or assets. Signing in creates a Privy embedded wallet, or you connect an external wallet such as Phantom or Solflare. Every transaction is signed by your own wallet.
Move funds whenever you like
You can send your assets to another wallet at any time, and you can export your embedded wallet's key yourself in Privy's isolated window. memepad never receives that key.
No reversals
The operator cannot sign, cancel or reverse your transactions. For the same reason, the operator cannot recover assets sent to the wrong address.
How trade results are decided
Recorded before sending
A signed transaction's signature is recorded before it is sent to the network. If recording fails, nothing is sent.
Decided by chain state only
Results are classified as confirmed, failed, expired or unknown from what the chain shows. 'Expired' is used only once the transaction's validity window has closed and it is confirmed absent from the chain.
Unknown results are never resent
An order whose result could not be confirmed is never resent automatically, and a new identical order is blocked until it resolves — so a trade cannot fill twice.
Fees
The fee structure is published in the docs and the Terms. The values that actually apply are read from each coin's on-chain config and shown on the trade screen.
