1. You can lose everything

Digital-asset prices, including meme coins, can rise and fall sharply in a short time and can approach zero. Nobody guarantees prices, and past price action says nothing about the future.

2. Anyone can launch a coin

• Anyone can launch a coin on memepad. The Company does not vet or vouch for coins or their creators.
• Some coins may impersonate celebrities or brands or reuse the same name. Verify the mint address yourself.
• Prices can crash if a creator or a large holder sells all at once.

3. Liquidity, slippage and price impact

Thinly traded coins can be hard to buy or sell at the price you want. Larger orders move the price more, and the fill can differ from the quote within your slippage setting. Other participants on the blockchain may trade ahead of your order.

4. Irreversible transactions

Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be cancelled or refunded. The Company cannot recover assets sent to the wrong address or token.

5. Self-custody and security

The Company does not hold your private keys. If you lose or leak your key or recovery phrase you can lose your assets, and the Company cannot recover them. Never sign anything from messages or sites impersonating the Company.

6. Third-party protocols and data

Trades pass through the Solana network and third-party protocols such as Meteora and Jupiter. Their errors, outages, exploits or changes, and network congestion, can affect your trades. Market data on screen comes from third parties and may be delayed or wrong.

7. The operator's interests

The memepad token (MPAD) was issued by the Company, and the Company holds MPAD. The Company earns service fees and advertising (boost) revenue. Nothing shown on the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any token.

8. Regulation and tax

Laws on digital assets differ by country and may change, which can affect your use of the Service or the value of your assets. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your trades.
