# memepad

memepad (https://memepad.lol) is a Solana meme coin launchpad operated in Korea.
Users launch meme coins on a bonding curve, trade them, and graduated coins
move their liquidity to a decentralized exchange (DEX).

## How it works

- Launch: anyone with a Solana wallet creates a coin with a name, symbol,
  image, and description. Mint authority is renounced at creation; the total
  supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 tokens.
- Trade: coins trade on a constant-product bonding curve (x * y = k) seeded
  with virtual reserves, so every coin has continuous liquidity from launch.
  A sell also needs SOL for fees and the wrapped-SOL account rent.
- Graduate: when a coin's market cap reaches the graduation cap, its liquidity
  migrates to the DEX and the LP tokens are burned. Creators cannot withdraw
  the migrated liquidity.
- Fees: each coin's fee schedule is fixed on-chain in the config it launched
  with and never changes. The trade panel always shows the rate read from
  that coin's own on-chain config.
- Callouts: users with a verified X account can publish public, permanent
  price callouts; a leaderboard ranks callers by their best multiple.
